“Our furnace died at 9pm on the coldest night in January. Marcus was in our basement by 10:15, had the inducer motor swapped by 11, and charged exactly what the quote said. Joined the Club on the spot.”

“Three companies quoted us a new AC. Switchback found a $38 capacitor instead. That 2009 condenser is still running. That's why they get every call from us now.”

“They handled the heat pump install and every rebate form. We got $3,200 back and our December gas bill went from $211 to $64. Clean crew, floors covered, done in a day.”
