What “checked before it goes live” really means

We say every project is checked before it goes live. That's an easy thing to put on a page, so here's what it actually means when mr-bill makes something for you.

An adoovi conversation where a salon owner asks if clients can cancel their own bookings: mr-bill proposes a four-step plan, then reports an Added card for a Cancel booking button, a Checked list (a test booking cancelled, the time reopened and the deposit refunded) and a Live now card, beside the client's booking page showing the new Cancel booking button marked New.An adoovi conversation where a salon owner asks if clients can cancel their own bookings: mr-bill proposes a four-step plan, then reports an Added card for a Cancel booking button, a Checked list (a test booking cancelled, the time reopened and the deposit refunded) and a Live now card, beside the client's booking page showing the new Cancel booking button marked New.

Checked, not assumed

A change isn't done because it looks finished. It's checked before it goes live, so nothing goes out on a guess.

Actually tried out

Looking something over and assuming it works isn't enough. We also try it out, using it the way you really will, so something that looks right but doesn't actually work doesn't slip through.

If it can't be shown to work the way you asked, it doesn't go live.

Why it matters to you

The result is simple: what you get back is meant to be used, not fixed up by you first. That's the whole difference between a rough draft and software that works.

What should exist?

Create your account, add funds, and tell mr-bill what you need. You only pay for the work you ask for.
