Tools your team will actually use
Most teams run on a spreadsheet only one person understands and chores everyone repeats by hand. Describe how your team works, and mr-bill builds the tool that fits it.

The spreadsheet, or a tool built for your team
| Area | A shared spreadsheet | A tool mr-bill builds |
|---|---|---|
| Where the work lives | Copies in inboxes, phones and tabs | One shared place everyone works from |
| Who can change what | Anyone, or only the one person who understands it | Each person sees and changes what they should |
| Repeated chores | Done by hand, every week | Done by the software, on the schedule you set |
| When the work changes | Someone rebuilds the sheet | You ask, and the tool changes, checked first |
Chores that run themselves
- A request comes in through a form and lands on a board in the right column
- The crew sees today's jobs without a phone call
- Stock is counted in one list, and you can see what's running low
- A weekly summary puts itself together from what your team logged

Questions
Can my team use it with their own logins?
Yes. You invite the people you work with into your account, and what each person can see or change is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the browser.
Can it connect to the other tools we use?
Tell mr-bill what you use and what you need. He'll say plainly what he can do, and won't promise a connection that doesn't exist.
What kind of chores can be automated?
Repeated jobs inside your software: collecting what your team logged into a summary, moving work to the next step, or putting a report together on a schedule. Describe the chore and he'll say how he'd do it.
What does it cost?
You add funds to your account and pay only for the work you ask for. You see the cost as it happens, and if your balance runs low the work pauses and asks before it continues.
