A homeowner with no heat asks Switchback for a visit and books an arrival window in the chat. It lands on the dispatch board. Safety first: a gas smell or a CO alarm always gets "get everyone out and call from outside". In the demo it's an example conversation: scripted, with made-up data, and nothing is sent.
The request on the board
The booking waits on Unassigned with its details. Beside the board, what runs on its own: a web request queued, a job marked done, an invoice marked paid. Ask mr-bill to assign the request or move a visit and the board changes.
