Workflows that run on their own
Some work is the same every time: read the message, decide what it is, do the next step. Describe the chore to mr-bill, and he builds a workflow that does it for you.

What it is
You stay in charge. You say which steps wait for your OK.
An intelligent workflow is software that does a job you repeat: it reads what comes in, works out what it is, and takes the next step, like sorting an enquiry, drafting a reply, or putting an order together when stock runs low.
It runs on a schedule or when something happens, and you can see every run.
The same chore, two ways
By hand
Every week, again
Someone reads it, decides, copies it across and remembers to follow up.
With a workflow
It runs on its own
It reads, decides and acts, and anything that needs you waits for your OK.
What you get
Questions
Does it act without me?
Only where you want it to. You decide which steps wait for your OK, like a reply to a customer or an order to a supplier, and those stay ready for you to check.
What kind of chores can it take on?
Repeated work with a clear next step: sorting and answering messages, moving requests along, putting reports together, or reacting when something changes. Describe the chore and mr-bill will say plainly how he'd do it.
Can it use the tools we already have?
Tell mr-bill which tools are involved. Where a tool offers a way in, he can work with it; where it doesn't, he'll say so rather than promise a connection that doesn't exist.
What does it cost?
You add funds to your account and pay only for the work you ask for. You see the cost as it happens, and if your balance runs low the work pauses and asks before it continues.
