Jobs he can take off your plate
Your day is on site, but the paperwork follows you home. mr-bill builds the schedule, site logs and change orders around how your jobs already run, so the office work shrinks.
Daily site log
No more site photos lost in camera rolls.
Change order approval
Changes agreed in writing, not in a text thread.
Job schedule by crew
Everyone works from the same schedule without a round of calls.
Good, better, best quotes
Quotes out the same day, not after an evening at the desk.
Materials list
No crew standing around because something wasn't ordered.
- Site notes and photos filed by job, not lost on phones
- Changes agreed in writing before the work starts
- Every crew sees the same schedule
- Quotes go out the same day, ready for clients to approve
