Example · A community food pantry
Lumen Pass Pantry: volunteers, shifts and the pantry in one place
A food pantry's volunteer hub, its pages for getting food and giving, and the coordinator's rosters, volunteers and pantry stock: one system, with mr-bill keeping the shifts full and the shelves counted.

Try it
Sign up for a shift or register a pickup, on the site or in its chat, then see it on the coordinator's roster and the day's list.
From a sign-up sheet to a pantry that runs itself
Before
A clipboard, a group text, a guess
Shifts on a paper sheet, last-minute gaps found by text, and shelves counted by whoever has time.
Now
Shifts, pickups and stock in one place
Volunteers sign up and swap themselves, pickups are registered ahead, and the most-needed list follows the shelves.
Look around
Each part of the app, as it looks with the made-up data. Open any of them live.
A chat on the pantry's own site
Someone asks the pantry when it is open and who can come, signs up for Saturday's harvest drive, or registers a pickup, right in the chat. In the demo it's an example conversation: scripted, with made-up data, and nothing is sent.

The coordinator's day
Today's pickups, picked up or no-show, and the shifts that need people. Beside it, what runs on its own: volunteers checked in, a bakery's bread received, a gift recorded.

Every shift's roster
Check people in, mark no-shows, move someone up from the waitlist or change the spots. Ask mr-bill to give a dropped spot to the waitlist and the roster changes.

For anyone who needs food
Hours, who can come and a way to register a pickup ahead, in plain words.

Signing up on a phone
The week's shifts on a phone, with spots left on each.
